Where
Garfield Park, Near Southside of Indianapolis
Garfield Park is a 128-acre regional city park in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. Established in the late 19th century, it is the oldest city park in Indianapolis and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Early Irish emigrants settled in and around the area; in a way it is like coming home for the Irish Fest.

In order to continue our long-standing support of the St. Vincent de Paul food bank, Friday only from 4:30 to 5:30, admission is free with a minimum of six food product donations to St. Vincent de Paul. For more information about the food bank click here.
The current level of inflation has caused a large increase in the number of families seeking assistance feeding their children. All donations are appreciated; however, the following items are always in short supply:
- cereal and/or rice
- canned tuna and/or salmon
- peanut butter and/or jelly
- canned fruit and/or veggies
- pasta, noodles and/or pasta sauce
- box dinners and/or mixes
- mac ‘n cheese
Alcohol Philosophy
The Indy Irish Fest’s alcohol philosophy is consumption in moderation. If you are taking medication or are pregnant, do not drink alcohol. We reserve the right to limit drinks served per person. We will not knowingly serve someone who is intoxicated. If you feel you or someone you are with has consumed too much, please inform us and we will make sure that you or they get home safely. Return home safely – you have lots of options.
